Good location but dirty with bugs in the kitchen and bathroom Positive: The location and the view although higher apartments have better views Negative: It’s like the fourth time we’ve stayed in the building, but in different apartments. The apartment was spacious and just right for us, but it was very poorly maintained. The floor was really dirty, and there were bugs in the kitchen and in the hallway bathroom. I don’t want to think they were cockroaches, but they looked a lot like them. It was also complicated to get to the floor without the chip that activates the elevator to select the floor. So on the first day, we were basically going up and down the elevator without getting to our floor because it wouldn’t let us select it. The sofa in the living room was also old and worn out. The floor in front of the bathroom was raised/bubbled up, and there were missing kitchen utensils. In the other apartments we’ve stayed in, they usually leave umbrellas and beach chairs, but this apartment didn’t have any. That was basically our experience.

Frustrante com relação ao que o anúncio promete Positive: Localização. Negative: Apartamento sujo, baratas, muito desgastado, e com clara falta de manutenção. Total falta de atenção dos proprietários para com os que o alugam. Condomínio com muito movimento e bagunçado

Positive: Location, suite size and layout, view, on site staff. Negative: The check-in process at this property was extremely inconvenient and complicated. The communications and instructions from the property manager were delayed and unclear, which made it difficult for us to settle in. Additionally, we found cockroaches in the kitchen, which was a major concern. One key that was provided for four adults caused a lot of inconvenience.

Disgusting Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything, roaches at least killed 4 of them, no tiolet paper, flooring lifting, entrance door was beat up, couch leather worn and nasty, fridge had drip marks down the front, bathrooms were dirty and gross, master door handle broke, stuck inside twice.
