INCREDIBLE 3 BEDROOMS UNIT

for that price you find definetly something better... Positive: the loop is nearby and a 7eleven just around the corner. The view from the balcony Negative: The Appartement was just dirty, nasty and sticky. We had to wash all the dishes and cuttlery. The shelvesurfaces were oily and sticky. hadn't been wipped for ages. There were not enough plates and cups for 6 people. On the livingroom table were markes from old glasses from former renters. There was a strain on the fridge which was already metioned in an opinion in February!!! The washingmashine was broken and there was smelly old water in it! There were no cushions for the balcony (also mentioned in an opinion months ago - we were told it had to be removed due to the last storm and they are waiting for new ones) The pictures on booking are OLD. the livingroom carpet is already gray from the dirt and you can only think of the blue color from the picture. The kids socks after 2 hour runing aroung were black from the floordirt :( After the checkin you are told to go to the 25th floor - the keys will be in the appartement - but how do you get upstairs without a key that you need for the elevator???? One appartementkey for 6 people is not enough- for the elevator you can get a key but it is connected to an app on your phone and the reception charges you 10$ for that. We were contacted by the manager of the renting company. They "were" shocked about my opinon and asked me to wait before I will write an opinion. Two weeks later nothing happend. No contact. Although the beds and the bathrooms were clean Sorry for that price you find definetly something better...

Positive: The property itself was nice. However I sent in my information months before my arrival they only had 2 face cloths for 4 people. Good location but dirty with bugs in the kitchen and bathroom Positive: The location and the view although higher apartments have better views Negative: It’s like the fourth time we’ve stayed in the building, but in different apartments. The apartment was spacious and just right for us, but it was very poorly maintained. The floor was really dirty, and there were bugs in the kitchen and in the hallway bathroom. I don’t want to think they were cockroaches, but they looked a lot like them. It was also complicated to get to the floor without the chip that activates the elevator to select the floor. So on the first day, we were basically going up and down the elevator without getting to our floor because it wouldn’t let us select it. The sofa in the living room was also old and worn out. The floor in front of the bathroom was raised/bubbled up, and there were missing kitchen utensils. In the other apartments we’ve stayed in, they usually leave umbrellas and beach chairs, but this apartment didn’t have any. That was basically our experience.

Frustrante com relação ao que o anúncio promete Positive: Localização. Negative: Apartamento sujo, baratas, muito desgastado, e com clara falta de manutenção. Total falta de atenção dos proprietários para com os que o alugam. Condomínio com muito movimento e bagunçado
