Positive: Excelente lugar para pasar unas vacaciones

DO NOT BOOK. Shady local property company. Amenities can be denied by hotel. Positive: Nothing. Negative: The hotel has complete control over your stay and unlimited discretion in allowing access to any and all amenities including the pool, gym, spa, locker room, sauna, etc. We were denied access on days of our reservation because the access card was used by a previous renter the same day. The property is not listed by the hotel, but rather a local property rental business. The listing claims all amenities can be accessed, but the owner has no control over your stay. The listing also states the owner will give a tour of the unit and amenities at check-in, but no one arrives. As for the unit, it does not match the pictures. Different couch, missing chairs, broken chairs, the pictures are clearly not updated. Book at your own risk!

Not pleasant stay! Negative: I booked for my family of three and the apartment was for two people, it was written that there was a sofa bed and it wasn't true, after paying dearly there was an inflatable mattress to sleep on the floor like refugees, there was a table with 2 chairs and one was broken, the services offered were for two people and not for three so only two people could go to the pool and the third could not enter and had to wait outside. I will never book in this hotel again

Lage in Brickell gut, Zustand und Service optimierungsfähig! Positive: Die Lage je nach geplanten Unternehmungen war gut und nahe des Entstehungspunktes von Miami! Das Gebäude im Eingangsbereich ist chic gestaltet! Balkon wie beschrieben! Nähe zur Brickell-Mall und einigen Roof-Tops! Große Küche und Kühlschrank vorhanden! Negative: Vermieter stellt lediglich einen Schlüssel zur Verfügung! NO GO für America! NO GO für Miami! NO GO für Geschäftsreisende, die wir waren mit unterschiedlichen Terminen!!! NO GO in dieser Preiskategorie! Hätte die Eingangstür wenigstens einen Fingerprint, wären uns zahlreich erforderliche Uberfahrten zur Schlüsselabholung beim jeweils anderen erspart geblieben. Weiter sind die Möbel teilweise veraltet, abgewohnt oder defekt! Ebenso ein NO GO in dieser Preiskategorie! Vermisst haben wir ebenso Annehmlichkeiten wie komfortable Aufhängung für die benutzten Handtücher, Badewannenvorleger, guten Einstieg in die Wanne, Handbrause, Kosmetiktücher und Handtücher in der Küche! Wenig Geschirr und alt! Tisch mit lediglich 2 Stühlen, obwohl bis 4 Personen möglich! Da weitere Kolleginnen im gleichen Haus waren, kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen, daß ALLE 4 weiteren angemieteten Apartments in gleicher Preisklasse, jedoch wesentlich HOCHWERTIGER eingerichtet waren wie auch wesentlich sauberer angetroffen! Preisnachlass wurde angefragt, jedoch nicht beantwortet! Ankunft war Abends, es war über 1 Stunde NIEMAND unter der genannten Telefon/WhatsApp-Nummer erreichbar! So haben wir beschlossen einfach vom Flughafen aus hinzufahren und siehe da, die Rezeption hatte den Schlüssel weil die Person schon gegangen war!!!
