Amazing Peaceful Getaway

Positive: Conveniently close to the hwy. Upgraded property, and driving distance to other places/ things to do great location. Negative: 15-20min walk to main pool and restaurants on property

Positive: Great view! Negative: The balcony was dirty and cluttered with construction tools. The door and entrance were covered in dust and spiders. The balcony was empty, with no seating, as shown in the pictures. The sofa was also unclean.

Wir haben schon fünf mal in Seddlbrook verschiedenen Wohnungen gewohnt. Dieser war mit Abstand, die schlechteste selbst Negative: Wir haben außergewöhnlichen Blick gebucht und bezahlt bekommen, haben wir einen abgerissenen Balkon und Folie vor dem Fenster. Wir wurden nicht informiert über die Baustelle in der Wohnung. die ersten Tage kein Internet möglich, selbst repariert Kabel abgerissen die Haustür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Niemand hat sich trotz mehreren Anrufe gekümmert. Sofa hatte große Flecken.

The location is beautiful however the apartment we were in had riches and termites. The TV in the living room did not work and there was no seating in the bedroom we had to bring in our own lawn chairs. The balcony was being renovated and was not accessible. All text messages we automated. I did get one phone call and they were going to send someone to fix things but they never came in the 10 days we were there. We also requested no stairs because my hubby has dementia and is 83. We were disappointed to be on the second floor. I would not recommend renting from them.

Illegally hosting, dirty, unsafe and unethical host Positive: None Negative: This property is illegally hosting short term rental guests per Florida law, on top of that, it has health and safety issues (cleanliness, fallen curtain pole, door issue, etc). We moved out immediately after finding out that it’s illegally hosting, however the host refused to refund the money to us (3/4 of the holiday). We have also reported this to booking.com, they turned a blind eye to it and still listing it on their site. I understand we are not the only victims, anyone affected by this hosting please contact Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation stating the property address, they are seriously investigating this.
