Sublime Ocean & Pool View Unit At Icon Brickell

The worst possible choice you could ever make! Positive: Nothing. Negative: If you are reading this review run from this listing now trust me. We paid over 700 dollars for two nights at this so called “luxury condo”. We arrive at the building and the entire building is under construction with scaffolding surrounding the building. We walk into the unit expecting this beautiful panoramic view, like described in the listing but when you walk in your greeted with all the windows being covered in plastic tarps and all balcony access has been sealed so you are unable to use. The pools were closed. None of this was in the listing description when we booked I have the screen shots. The unit photos from the listing must be when the unit was new. This unit is falling apart and ran down bad apart from the building construction. The guest bathroom smells like cigarettes the rest of the home and hotel smells like weed. The sliding glass door was physically damaged. Master bathtub tile was coming off the wall. Master toilet ran the entire time we stayed. The master toilet paper holder is being held on to the wall by a prayer. The master shower was leaking water from the shower pan when you used it. Two of the ac vents were actively leaking water. The guest bedroom sheets were crusty from God knows what. The master bedroom sheets had various bodily fluid stains which is absolutely disgusting. The rest of the unit was dirty and ants were in the guest bathroom. Despite the ac being set to 70 the master bedroom was boiling hot. The beds are like sleeping on tile. And the google nest smoke detectors they have in each room periodically maybe once an hour turn on this bright, blinking yellow light good luck trying to sleep after everything else I described. I honestly thought we were being punked or something just expecting someone to come out from one of the cabinets and just say we’re joking with you guys. Didn’t even stay the second night. Trust me run for this place. The worst

False advertisement Positive: The views are obstructed with tape and plastic. Also there was a roach inside the fridge. Negative: Advertise views and balcony but balcony was sealed a and views were covered. Was not able to get refund nor discount after just 20 mins after booking.

Muy elegante el apartamento Positive: Excelente apartamento muy cómodo muy elegante y una vista increíble estoy muy satisfecho en todos sus instalaciones cuando vuelva a viajar regresaré muy elegante

Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque, almeno fino al completamento dei lavori. Positive: Posizione Negative: Appartamento completamento inutilizzabile in quanto struttura soggetta a lavori esterni. Tutti i balconi esterni erano chiusi e non acessibili inoltre anche dall’interno la vista è completsmente compromessa da delle plastiche riposte su di essa.

Pesadilla. Mentiras. Positive: La ubicación. Negative: Lo único realmente positivo del apartamento es la ubicación, que es excelente y fue el principal motivo por el que lo reservamos. Por lo demás, la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Una pesadilla. Había obras en el edificio, incluyendo trabajos directamente en este piso, con ruidos constantes desde primera hora de la mañana que hacían imposible trabajar o descansar. No se nos informó en ningún momento antes de la llegada de que esta sería la situación. De haberlo sabido, jamás habríamos reservado. La salida a la terraza estaba bloqueada y resultaba inutilizable. Los cristales estaban cubiertos con plásticos y suciedad debido a las obras. Una de las ventanas estaba rota y no cerraba correctamente, lo que permitía la entrada continua de ruido exterior. La piscina inutilizable. Pero lo peor fue la gestión de la agencia. Nunca contestan el teléfono. Nunca ofrecieron una solución real. Nunca avisaron previamente de que la realidad no se correspondía con lo anunciado. La sensación es que se ocultó información relevante. La transparencia fue inexistente y la gestión, francamente deficiente. Pagamos un precio elevado esperando unas condiciones determinadas que no se cumplieron en absoluto. La relación calidad-precio es muy mala. No recomendaría este apartamento mientras continúen las obras ni mientras la gestión siga siendo así.
