very poor customer service or support, unsafe Positive: efficient check in despite late hour Negative: we stayed for 5 nights, myself and 2 sons. Someone entered our unit and stole my son’s bank card and his Yeeze slides shoes. 2 transactions were made. I called the police and alerted the building security but there was no action taken from the management of the unit. I asked for at least apartment code change to prevent intruder to come back and it was not done. As a result we spent out last full day in Miami stuck in the apartment because we were afraid to leave our stuff. The phone number provided is never picked up. I called multiple times. Basically we were left on our own. Miami PD was very nice and helpful, but there was no way to get any resolution, as there is no direct contact with the apartment management or owner. The internet did not work on July 30 and 31 and was not fixed. There are 6 elevators in the building and often only 2 operational which makes getting to and from the apartment a 15-20 minutes endeavour.

Terrible. Positive: This is a building I’ve stayed in before several times but the quality has gone down. Negative: If I could give this accommodation 0 stars I would. It is way dirtier than pictures online. Scuffs on all of the walls. Bathroom was filthy with an old moldy shower curtain. Hair was left on the bathroom towels. Hair was in the bed. The couch was stained badly, it wasn’t even white anymore. The balcony has no furniture. The dishes were dirty upon arrival. The tv in the bedroom did not work. The curtains in the bedroom were covered in mold and dust. The living room carpet had hair everywhere. The living room coffee table was very dusty.
