Ocean view unit in the heart of Brickell

Very nice place to stay. Seen some celebrities there and the views were amazing Positive: Very beautiful Negative: Loved it all

très décevant Positive: La situation géographique. Le parking. La proximité du métro. La vue sur mer et le balcon Negative: Appartement insalubre. Salle de bain sale (les 2) Lave linge plein de moisissure Sèche linge filtre colmate par des bourre de peluche de linge. Plaque de cuisson dégueulasse. Placard de cuisine poisseux. Vaisselle sale. Parquet décolle de partout et gondolé....impossible de marche pied nu sans risque. Une catastrophe....

Views were ok beds were okay couple nights ac didn’t work and washing machine leaked water towels weren’t replaced I had Positive: It had its nice views Negative: Water was leaking from the washing machines when we would wash no towels were replaced I had to purchase my own towels soaps ran out the next day the hall way floors were mold and mushy felt like the wood was falling apart

Very dissapontibg not recommended Positive: Well located and spacious Negative: Old, bad maintained not really clean, the wc was broken could sleep at night water running all time, WiFi didn’t work, tv also imposible to put on, no cushions on the terrace furniture, I ask manager to solve this problema but they really didn’t the wc they went twice to fixed and the didint the other things they didn’t solve it at all , one bed was broken they fixed it, no vale for price, decadent old not well preserved, lot of things not working And then I ask for a late check out and leave the bags there for later and they want to charge 500 usd because a leave them there till one o’clock, even if they didn’t had some other guest coming, with all the problems we encounter at the appartment they even mad the consecuon out of courtesy
