Dirty Apartment, Unreliable Wi-Fi, AC Problems and Very Poor Value Positive: The only significant positive was that the air-conditioning problem was eventually fixed the day after our arrival. They sent someone to the apartment and, once repaired, the AC worked properly. Unfortunately, even this required me to stay in the apartment during the morning and change my plans, meaning I lost part of a day that I had planned to spend visiting attractions in Miami. Negative: Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing, especially considering the high price. Problems started before arrival. I repeatedly asked for the exact garage height in feet and inches because I needed it before renting a car, but instead of providing the measurement, I was only told that the garage was suitable for small cars. After researching it myself, I found that the information provided to me was inaccurate. I also specifically asked before arrival whether the previously reported AC and internet problems had been fixed. Communication was very poor, and I even had to involve Booking.com support to get a response. I was eventually told both issues had been resolved, but when we arrived, the AC was not working properly and the Wi-Fi was also not working. The AC was fixed the following day, but I had to stay in the apartment and lose part of my morning in Miami waiting for the technician. The internet problem was never properly resolved, even though I clearly explained that reliable Wi-Fi was essential for my work. The apartment was also very dirty, including the bathrooms, floors and rooms, with visible dust and areas of mold. We were also initially given the wrong parking space and later had to move the car. Overall, this apartment is extremely poor value for money. For this price, I expected a clean and well-maintained apartment, reliable internet, working AC and professional communication. Instead, we had problems with all of them. I strongly recommend looking for other apartments in the area, as there are many better options for significantly less money.

Salle de bain sale (les 2) Lave linge plein de moisissure Sèche linge filtre colmate par des bourre de peluche de linge. Plaque de cuisson dégueulasse. Placard de cuisine poisseux. Vaisselle sale. Parquet décolle de partout et gondolé....impossible de marche pied nu sans risque. Une catastrophe....
