Superb unit, centrally located with parking

Mi estadia fue espectacular! Ojala revean le tema del mantenimiento Positive: Todo! Negative: Le faltaba algo de mantenimiento Muchas cosas rotas

Positive: Local, apartamento, limpeza Negative: Tive que pagar uma taxa a mais, sendo que no booking não é necessário nenhum pagamento após. Paguei uma taxa de 52 dólares

Positive: Great Location , apartment a little worn in places but fully functional , had a good stay and made use of the laundry facilities FOC! Would stay again

Would not recommend. Positive: Good location, helpful staff and room was quiet. Negative: We paid in full via Booking.com and was clearly told that everything was paid and no other fees were needed. However upon arrival we were required to pay $52.00 fee to obtain entry. It took us at least seven calls (all unanswered) and various text messages to sort and we were in reception for over two hours before we could get in after a thirteen hour travel time. Zero personal interaction with the host who were more concerned with $52 than anything else. Had to send them evidence of payment before we were allowed in. The place particularly the bathroom was old and the bath was dirty. I messaged the host on this subject and they didn't reply. They then ask 'how was your check' in and could we please leave a maximum review for them and they would do the same for us!) This place lets themselves and booking.com down. They also said we hope you enjoyed your stay one day into the trip even though we were staying for six nights. Zero information left in the room on how to work TV's, AC location attractions etc.
