Positive: localidade do apartamento é ótima e o condomínio muito seguro… Negative: A casa não estava limpa o chão estava sujo cheio de pó não havia toalhas de rosto não tinha tapete de chão nos wc era muito desconfortável… O proprietário não foi prestável a resolver as questões.

Negative: Disappointing Stay with Multiple Issues I regret to say that my stay at this Airbnb was far from the comfortable, hassle-free experience I had hoped for. Firstly, I encountered issues right from the start. I had to pay the building entry fee twice, which was incredibly frustrating. Once I finally got access, I was met with inconsistent customer service throughout the entire stay. When I reached out with questions or concerns, the responses were slow, and at times, unhelpful. The amenities were another letdown. Many things that were promised in the listing were either not available or not as described. The gym equipment was partially out of order, which left me unable to use the space as planned. The conference room was locked the entire time, rendering that amenity useless. Additionally, there was a broken dishwasher, and no beach towels were provided, despite being promised via the messaging portal. I also found there were no trash bags, which seems like a basic expectation for any rental. I found dirty shorts under the sofa from a previous renter—unsanitary and unsettling. To add to the disappointment, I never received an answer to my inquiry about the filtered water, and the floor was filthy, covered in black soot. The hot tub was also in bad shape with gross, dirty foam and appeared overcrowded constantly, making it unpleasant to use. It felt like the entire building was in constant turnover with Airbnb guests being shuffled in and out, which led to a lack of proper maintenance. The washer and dryer were rusty and left yellow stains on my clothes, further adding to the overall poor condition of the property. I expected much more for the price and was thoroughly disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and care. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Positive: Muy limpio, comodo para una familia grande. Ubicacion perfecta. Negative: Todo bien

Positive: The location was excellent. Negative: The swimming pools were closed one of the days. Also, one of the pools was closed during our stay.
