Negative: Me cobraron un depósito de limpieza por fuera y el departamento estaba asqueroso. Sucio, mucho polvo, el piso asqueroso, además que el internet nunca funcionó y el gerente no me contestó nunca ese tema

Not worth all the money we paid. A partial refund would be in place. Positive: The location Negative: Not clean. Lots of hair in the bath drain. Single pillowcase on pillows. Very thin and old sheets. Small towels did not smell fresh/clean. No hand towel. No bath math. And the place and furniture needs maintenance. The pictures are not what the real life is. We did not have water one morning!

Disappointing- the place is tired. Only 1 key. Wouldnt stay again Negative: Disappointing- the place is tired. It needs a paint, door handles are coming off, the mattresses are old and there is limited crockery and cutlery if you want to eat in then apartment...Only 1 key available which is a real challenge unless you have a young family and are together all the time. Won't suit families with teenagers or with kids who want some independence to go to the pool without mum and dad accompanying them each time. Location is great, but there are better all round options in the area.

Just amazing! Positive: Very great location in Brickell. Near to every spot you can do. Very spacious and comfortable. I really recommended this apartment. Negative: Nothing.

Adorei Miami vou voltar ! Positive: localidade do apartamento é ótima e o condomínio muito seguro… Negative: A casa não estava limpa o chão estava sujo cheio de pó não havia toalhas de rosto não tinha tapete de chão nos wc era muito desconfortável… O proprietário não foi prestável a resolver as questões.
