Spacious central unit in downtown Miami

Negative: Everything the hosts was unreliable the property manger was rude this place is a scam !

Disaster Positive: The location Negative: The apartment has absolutely bad maintenance and no attention from the host. No answers and no solutions to fix dozens of things that don't work. One of the windows could not be closed and although was a urgent issue, no attention at all. We had to go to put claims on the building because the host was a mess. Do not rent this apartment at all.

Decent stay. Not bad Positive: The location and space was very good. Kitchen space and amenities were nice. Very cute living space. Loved the size of the bedrooms, walk in closet and bathrooms. Negative: No shelves in shower to hold soap or amenities. Hole in bathroom door. Window in second bedroom impossible to close making room very hot. Didn't receive correspondence about check in process until very close to check in time. Didn't receive exact address until after check in time. Second bedroom missing television. It was off the wall in a closet. Needs an extermination there was a cockroach in one of the rooms, we ladies had to kill.

Booked this spot , was very disappointed by the owner and staff

Positive: L'emplacement et la vue. Negative: Besoin de rafraîchir certains équipements
