Worst experience of my life Positive: Nothing they canceled my reservation I made for 2 night. I drove 3hr with my kids to go and check in and find my reservation canceled. I paid almost 500 and they only want to refund me 100 of it. I had to drive 3hr to get home because of it. So my girls ages12, 7, and 3 were in tears. All because I was late to check in. But I was in contact with my host throughout my trip. This is the worst thing I have ever experienced! Negative: That the property won't even contact me, its like they totally scamed me for my money and could care less after they got it.

Positive: The room is clean, location and balcony view are good Negative: Lack of toilet papers, iron and hair dryer were broken, cannot contact with the host or any PIC during 4 days of the trip. The host is irresponsible.

NORMAL Positive: BIEN UBICADO, EL DEPARTAMENTO TENIA LO NECESARIO PARA UNA ESTANCIA DE 4 DIAS Negative: PODRIAN DEJAR UNA BOTELLA DE AGUA PARA LA LLEGADA, HABIA OLOR A MARIHUANA EN EL DEPARTAMENTO, QUE NO SE IBA NUNCA, LA PUERTA DE INGRESO POCO SEGURA, NO HABIA CAJA DE SEGURIDAD
