Shortly after booking this apartment, I wished I had not done so. Negative: Shortly after booking this apartment, I wished I had not done so. The apartment managers requested an additional payment, not indicated on Booking.com's website, for the building's amenities/parking fee, to be sent to them by Zelle. Besides feeling "not right" to send someone money in this way, it was a pain in the arse, especially as I was further required to send a screenshot as proof of payment along with photo ID. Then, I did not receive arrival instructions until almost midnight the eve of my departure. So, effectively, I was not sure how to access the apartment until the morning of my departure, which was quite nerve-wracking for someone who likes preparing things in advance. The apartment itself was spacious, although those with a fear of heights may prefer something closer to the ground. The apartment was clean with the notable exception of the bathtub which was filthy. The kitchen had a bare minimum of utensils required for meal preparation.

Positive: We got all the stuff we need in an apartment, nice view from the 32nd floor, great pool zone, gym and a game room Negative: One thing, we got three people and sometimes different plans but they give you only one key per room And you need this key everywhere: entrance, elevator, parking, room, pool and stuff So you always have to be together or build your plans to get keys. Sometimes front desk can help but only if you have proofs

Llegada a mi estancia la recepcionista se dispone a atenderme comiendose un vaso de nueces recubiertas con chocolate Y sin ablar español traduciendonos con el movil. La habitacion que nos dio no era la que habiamos elegido por booking . Par subir a la habitacion tan solo hay un ascensor para todo el hotel para subir a la tercera planta del hotel Tuvimos que esperar dos viajes para subir a nuestra habitacion porque en el escensor cabe una persona y dos maletas grandes. Cuando llegamos a la habitacion y vimos la puerta (foto) puerta blanca y llena de huellas de manos negra ya decia mucho cuando abrimos la puerta SORPRESA la habitacion olia fatal como a humedad pero después de instalarme me di cuenta que no era humedad era SUCIEDAD.(fotos) Me dispongo a bajar a la recepción a dar mi queja y la recepcionista me contesta que encienda el aire acondicionado para que se mueva el aire O otra opcion cojer una habitacion superior por 100 dolares mas la noche cuando ya e pagado 1280 dolares Que significa que las superiores son mas caras y están limpias y las demas no???? Esta noche la e pasado fatal ya que soy alérgica a los acaros. Al día siguiente en la mañana bajo a la recepcion a comunicarles de nuevo con fotos y videos el estaado de la habitacion diciendoles que iba a dejar una reseña negativa con mi situacion de incomodidad y como avtuaron?? Con chantaje Me suplicaron que no lo isiera que era un negocio familiar… no se que tiene que ver la familia con la limpieza Aqui me ofrecieron un cambio de habitaciom para que no publicaran la reseña y les contesto que si lo que me disponia a pasar el dia en callo hueso y iva a Llegar tarde que me dejaran las llaves en la habitación (demuestro mensaje comentandoselo) aparte de averselo dicho en la recepción en persona.
