Amazing spacious unit 37th floor

It was the worst and last with booking Positive: The property was nice clean and spacious Negative: The owners and booking . I was threatened with eviction because of the mistake booking made. I travelled 16hrs was told I could check in any time to only arrive and be told that check was 5. Didn’t even get to experience any of the amenities that I wanted the booking for because they were closed. I already lost a day of my booking. Attempted to modify but was told I would have to make additional payment would have agreed but because of the rudeness of the property holder I declined. But booking canceled my booking after telling me that everything would automatically adjust. I will never utilize booking for any accommodation again. I was threatened by the property owner to be kicked out at 3am with no where to go. I have never been so disappointed or mistreated. I know your calls are recorded. So you can see where I continually talked to representatives to be put on hold or told I would be contacted asap. How do you justify treating a paying customer this way. I would like a full refund and would like to file a complaint to whom so ever I need to. Or do I need to contact a litigator I was subjected to harassment and threats of being without shelter. Being put out in Miami when I made sure to pay for the service. I am beyond disappointed by the service and treatment and for Booking to brush me aside is beyond insulting it’s insane!

Perfect stay in Miami Positive: Very close to everything you need. The rooms are clean and spacious. We were a group of seven and were accommodated perfectly! Highly recommend! Negative: The car parking can be at a lower level :) Or was it just me not being used to driving such parking?

Positive: דירה מרווחת מטבח מאובזר מרפסת סלון מרווח Negative: מיטה שבורה חניה בקומה 12, מסחרר וקשה לעלות כל כך הרבה קומות תחזוקת הדירה טעונת שיפר זרם המים במקלחת חלש שילמנו עוד 52 דולר דמי בנין, שלא ידענו עליהם מראש קשה היה להשיג את מנהל יחידת האירוח, וכדי לקבל את קוד הכניסה וכתובת הבניין, היה צריך לשלוח צילום אישור תשלום דמי בנין וצילום דרכון. פנינו במייל המון פעמים ללא מענה. רק ביון האירוח התחילו לתקשר איתנו.
