Amazing spacious unit 37th floor

Excelente vista y ubicación! Positive: Ubicación y vista! Negative: A la hora del check out hay una cola muy larga para bajar el ascensor. Tomen la precaución de salir con tiempo si es que tienen algún vuelo que tomar

Locations was great, easy access in and out.

Great location, amazing views ! Positive: The location is fabulous, with astonishing views. A parking space is ideal, although we could not use it because of the height of our Ford Transit. Negative: Communication before arrival was not easy. And the apartment could have been a bit more clean and have an extra small towel to dry your hands.

Incredibly disappointing. Positive: I wish I could add something useful here. The view was nice. And the location is quite central in Brickell. That's about it. Negative: *Please* heed this warning. I stayed here in January of 2026. You will be extremely disappointed if you book this place. The unit itself is completely broken down. It's clear that the pictures were taken years ago. On arrival, the unit was extremely dirty. Even worse, the beds are not as advertised. There are (extremely uncomfortable) double beds instead of the advertised queen beds. The sofa is smelly and stained, and the tubs have deep black stains in them. On notifying our host of these problems, we received no response for days. Yes, we literally checked out with no response from our host. Lastly, there is only one key for up to 8 guests. If you want to park your car, the parking spot is on the 24th floor. Yes, you have to drive your car up TWENTY FOUR floors just to park it. It takes about 20 minutes after entering the garage to get to your spot.

Conforto e localização valem a estadia. Positive: Localização excelente e atendimento do anfitrião durante a estadia. Ambientes espaçosos e com conforto para o meu grupo. Não utilizei as áreas comuns que ficam no 14 andar, mas visitei os locais e me parecem adequados (área da piscina limpa e espaçosa - duas piscinas e área de hidro), academia com equipamentos bons e novos. Negative: Não diria que não gostei, mas o local é um pouco mais antigo do que aparenta nas fotos, precisando de reforma (pintura).
