Superb Private unit Perfectly Located In Brickell

Nice building, very poorly maintained apartment with great potential, staff do not speak English. Positive: 1. The building: game room, large pool, well equipped and spacious gym 2. Apartment: spacious, beautiful balcony with furniture and great view, comfortable beds, good internet 3. Location: super convenient, close to restaurants, shopping, bay, and all that is required to have great Miami experience Negative: 1. Hidden fees - 52$ "building fees" I needed to Zelle in order to being able to check in 2. Very few employees spoke English, almost impossible to communicate, unless you speak Spanish 3. Very outdated apartment: the vanity door fell off upon opening, vinyl floor had chunks coming off, kitchen cabinets barely held together, handles were barely attached and moving, appliances dirty and scratched. 4. Apartment was very dirty: shower didnt drain due to old hair clogging the drain, kitchen cabinets were sticky, oven had something burned in it with aluminum foil stuck to the bottom, and conduction top had old food stack to it. The floor was unwashed, the paper towel was black when I wiped water i spilled the very first day. 5. It took 4 days and several emails to finally get maintenance to fix the vanity door, and unclogged the shower. The handyman drilled the vanity and left all the mess behind when he left. I had to clean it after him yet again. 6. The "exit" sign was right by our doors, we had random people walking into the apartment thinking it is an exit. Very unnerving to have people trying to open the front door while you in the apartment not knowing what is happening.
