Positive: This Property Has A Nice View, Along With Easy Access To The City Negative: The Air Conditioner Does Not Work, And Some Parts Of Amenities Were Broken

Booked a stay for a 3 bedroom unit in downtown Miami. The balcony door doesn’t lock, the window crank doesn’t open the window, there are weird stains on the walls probably boogers or worse. The main problem was that we were told that there was a washer and dryer at the unit but when we tried to use the washer the first day to wash our bed sheets which felt gross, the washer door wasn’t able to lock therefore it was unable to start. I texted the host (Victor Lozier) about our problem and he requested pictures of the washer which we sent but then after he just went radio silent. I texted Victor repeatedly every day for the rest of the trip and we only got automated messages back. I can’t tell if he is lazy, cheap, or too dumb to use the VRBO app to respond but the service here was terrible. Only gave it 2 stars because there was a decent view. Also tried to contact the agents who work for VRBO to get in contact with the host so he could reply and they couldn’t make anything happen either.
