Amazing unit/location with amenities & parking

Dirty Positive: Good location Negative: Dirty floors, furniture damaged or broken. Our feet and crawling baby’s legs were black in seconds from the dirty floor. Valet guy was rude. Ignored my messages regarding the cleanliness of the apartment. Beds were too soft for our liking.

This was the worst experience I could imagine. After numerous contacts with the owner and VRBO, I got check-in instructions two hours before check-in time. The key to the apartment did not work, and the fob to the elevator worked only half of the time. The outside balcony does not have furniture displayed in the pictures. The apartment is quite shabby with a dusty sofa. I would not recommend this apartment.

Check in was horrible. Can’t park before you check in. If you don’t have Apple Pay or Cash App or Venmo you have to make a special trip to pay a 52 fee before they will give you check in instructions. Horrible process. Finally got checked in and found a bunch of hairs in bed sheets. The unit could be nice but needs a lot of attention. Very loud at night.
