Great apartment, great view ! Positive: Great location Negative: Not possible an early check in even that you want to pay for it

Total SCAM!! Positive: Location is at the center. Negative: They ask an additional 52USD building fee per stay and this is not written anywhere including the policies of the building. During the reservation it doesn’t state anywhere and after booking is done at confirmation email it states “Building Fee could apply for certain properties.” But it does not state if it is applied for this property or not. Also it does not state it as 52USD, if it wasnt 52USD but 200USD what can be done by the client? Total SCAM!!!

Onvoorziene kosten Positive: Ruim appartement met een balkon met mooi uitzicht. Negative: Reken maar op een verplichte building fee van $52 bovenop de boekingsprijs. Na bezwaar gemaakt te hebben, doen ze alsof ze je tegemoet willen komen, maar reageren vervolgens nergens meer op. Parkeerplaats was op een hoge verdieping waardoor je steeds de parkeergarage door moest slingeren. Waterdruk van de douche erg laag.
