Stunning Tropical Pool House North Miami -New Unit

Positive: The property itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay overall. The location was convenient, and everything was as described. Negative: My only issue was the communication during the stay. We received multiple reminders about parties/noise, which felt a little excessive, especially since we were never hosting a party at the property. We completely understand and respect house rules, but the repeated messages made us feel somewhat monitored rather than welcomed as guests. After we reassured the host everything was smooth and that we understood and respected the house rules Overall, the home was great, but I think the communication with guests could definitely be improved.

Overall a good stay in a nice home with a great location. Positive: Nice home in a good location. The house was clean, comfortable, and looked like the photos. Negative: Construction workers nearby woke us up early during our stay.

Great home, lots of space, clean, convenient, had everything we needed. Don’t get too excited about back yard and pool area but it does work.
