Beach access private 2 bedrooms

Not worth the $ or frustration with lack extreme of communication Positive: The location was good - just steps from the beach lots of shampoo, soap and lotions offered Negative: - Very poor communication with host. We did not hear about our booking details until the night before at 11pm after non stop messages to the host for months. We thought we were being scammed, this made it difficult as we did not even know the address to the condo until just before our flight. - kitchen door has access to the hallway with a lock that is very easily opened from inside (think bathroom door handle) this was stressful with little kids as its easy for them to open. - mold in the showers - limited supplies in the kitchen - parking is valet, not free - you have to pay $30 per adult for a key fob once you check in at front desk - pool was closed and we were not aware, this was difficult with a 3 & 5 year old as the ocean is quite choppy we were hoping the pool would be an option and no. We tried to get in touch with the host but it was nearly impossible to get any answers from them. Since our stay the host has completely ignored us regarding any discounts etc

El departamento estaba muy lindo y en las condiciones que se estaba ofreciendo en la página, sin embargo nos encontramos Positive: La ubicación y salida al mar, estuvo muy buena Negative: En la página de Booking decía con parking privado gratis, no hace falta reservar, y cuando fuimos nos obligaron a pagar el parking y cuando hablamos con el propietario, dijo que eran reglas del edificio y que deberíamos pagar el parking y aunque le reclame el propietario no se hizo cargo, también tuvimos que pagar por un llavero para poder tener acceso a la pileta y salida al mar que tampoco estaba especificado en el Alquiler

Amazing location, lots of space, clean, convenient. We would stay here again! Positive: The location was fantastic! Steps to the beach and just a 2 minute drive to Walmart! Lots of food options surrounding the location too! And just a short drive to the boardwalk. The property was big and had lots of room for 6 of us and then some! It was clean for the most part too! Just a closet with a broken door that could have been tidier inside. There were laundry facilities located on the same floor and it was very easy and convenient to use with the app! Had to bring your own detergent though. The pool water was nice and warm! Negative: We couldn’t get some of the electrical outlets to work. Specially the one in the ensuite bathroom. And there were a couple of others too. We also would have liked more towels and wash cloths.
