Really enjoyed the stay Positive: Clean, nice pool & good location Negative: Be nice if there were a draining rack and some tea towels

Negative: bronen crank for window and also broken some hold for set-top-box, but thats minor issues. Also air condition system was bit louder than we expect.

Positive: A localização é ótima. A vista é incrível. Todos os quartos tem janelas grandes. Apartamento bem equipado e confortável. Negative: O chão estava imundo. A parte de baixo da abertura da sacada foi mal projetada (inclusive já está torta de tantas pessoas tropeçarem ali). No primeiro dia me machuquei ao sair para a sacada devido a esse trilho elevado. Além disso, a máquina de lavar roupas estava quebrada. Me prometeram um reembolso por não ter podido usar a máquina, mas esse valor nunca chegou.

Worst experience EVER for so many reasons. The HOST response time takes at least a day and not helpful. The rental has furniture that is not in the pictures. Instead, the furniture has been replaced with very old weathered stained ripped furniture. The balcony was extremely dirty, filled with mold. The bathrooms have a strange smell. The windows are so dirty you can hardly see out of them. The balcony door is broken. There is a window that opens too wide in one of the bedrooms meaning a person could fit out of it opposed to a small crack that most buildings have and this unit is on the 23rd floor. It’s definitely dangerous..

Excellent apartment
