Com certeza voltarei mais vezes!!! Positive: Acomodação excelente! Bairro tranquilo e de fácil acesso a restaurantes, bares e supermercado. A vista do apto é deslumbrante!

Positive: No se me proporcionaron las instrucciones de entrada con anticipación más que una hora antes lo cual estuve preguntando por meses y me ignoraron. Al llegar no habían avisado en recepción de mi registro y no salía mi reserva por lo que hizo que la experiencia de check in no haya sido agradable.

The worst accommodation experience of my life — unacceptable conditions and extremely poor management Positive: Nothing. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations at all. Negative: Absolutely unacceptable. The worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The apartment was extremely dirty and unhygienic: dirty floors and bathrooms, hair and dirt throughout, stained and apparently unclean bed linen, a clogged sink, dirty furniture and walls, and even a container full of used/dirty linen. On the very first night of our stay, at around 1 a.m., we had to remove and wash the bed linen ourselves simply to feel comfortable enough to sleep in it. Our reservation was for July, yet since April I had repeatedly tried to contact Voilas Rentals through Booking, WhatsApp and by phone regarding several requests, without receiving proper answers. When we finally arrived in July, we were shocked by the disgusting and unhygienic condition of the apartment. We immediately reported the situation and documented everything with numerous photos and videos, which were sent to the company. I am attaching here only a few of the many photos I took during our stay. Considering the price we paid, the condition of this accommodation was simply unacceptable. We contacted Voilas Rentals repeatedly and requested a refund because of the condition in which the apartment had been provided to us, yet no appropriate solution was offered. It is unacceptable to accommodate paying guests in such conditions, especially while charging such a high price. I would never book this property or with this management company again.
