The worst accommodation experience of my life — unacceptable conditions and extremely poor management Positive: Nothing. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations at all. Negative: Absolutely unacceptable. The worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The apartment was extremely dirty and unhygienic: dirty floors and bathrooms, hair and dirt throughout, stained and apparently unclean bed linen, a clogged sink, dirty furniture and walls, and even a container full of used/dirty linen. On the very first night of our stay, at around 1 a.m., we had to remove and wash the bed linen ourselves simply to feel comfortable enough to sleep in it. Our reservation was for July, yet since April I had repeatedly tried to contact Voilas Rentals through Booking, WhatsApp and by phone regarding several requests, without receiving proper answers. When we finally arrived in July, we were shocked by the disgusting and unhygienic condition of the apartment. We immediately reported the situation and documented everything with numerous photos and videos, which were sent to the company. I am attaching here only a few of the many photos I took during our stay. Considering the price we paid, the condition of this accommodation was simply unacceptable. We contacted Voilas Rentals repeatedly and requested a refund because of the condition in which the apartment had been provided to us, yet no appropriate solution was offered. It is unacceptable to accommodate paying guests in such conditions, especially while charging such a high price. I would never book this property or with this management company again.

Globalement bon logement, très bonne localisation, très sympa car on peut accéder à la piscine et à la salle de sport Positive: Les lits sont hyper confortables, on a très bien dormi, la localisation est super Negative: Le logement était pas très propre, surtout la cuisine ce qui ne donnait pas très envie de cuisiner, alors qu’on aurait bien aimé cuisiner sur place Difficultés à avoir des réponses de la part des gérants avant l’arrivée dans le logement

Positive: Lokalita super, byt měl vše, co bylo potřeba a je prezentováno. Negative: Předání klíčů/čipu bylo tragické – podmínka na platbu mimo Booking za rezidenční poplatek. Nemožnost platby v hotovosti ap. arogantní přístup a hodinové čekání.
