NOT Rentable!!! The property has severe material defects including mold and structural disrepair. It is a health and safety hazard,There are many dehumidifiers that you will have to empty every day. One leaked all over the floor.We spent the first day cleaning. Dead roaches, ceiling paint falling onto kitchen counters, dirty kitchen with a dirty air purifier on the counter. We spent half a day cleaning the kitchen. Grill is unusable, it’s completely rusted through. Dryer not working as all the knobs are missing. We had to go to a laundromat and waste 4 hours. Tv remote not working so cannot watch tv in the living room. Closets not usable as full of old furniture. Bathroom door knob hanging off. The bathroom sink drains directly outside in the yard. Hardly any eating utensils. Bed was so uncomfortable I had a bad back for a week afterwards. Lots of cracked peeling walls with holes in them. This house is absolutely misrepresented in the listing. The property manager called us on the second day and asked us how it was so we sent her the photos and she said we could expect some sort of refund. We contacted Vrbo who offered us 100 which I turned down. I feel the property manager led us to believe she was helping us but she was not, you have to call Vrbo immediately if you find yourself in this situation. The property manager will not return calls or texts. Everyone involved in this property should be ashamed. The neighbors are unhappy with the parties that happen here.

Nice play to stay in and it is clean. Positive: Everything. Negative: Nothing.

Everything was super easy. The host is not overbearing and very nice. The house was extremely clean and beautiful. Definitely recommend it his place!

Positive: Amazing place very quiet neighborhood. Negative: The neighbor that lives to the left of the property is a Karen and needs a chill pill
