The worst place, with the worst customer service. Owner doesn't fix or clean anything Positive: Nothing Negative: Dirty, nasty, mold, dusty, stove not working, TV in the bedroom not working since day one, AC broke took them 2 days to send someone to fix it, there is literally stuff put together with duct tape.

All in all, met our needs. Positive: Location & amenities Negative: WiiFii didn’t work. Couldn’t get bedroom TV on. Iron was cracked so water leaked out.

Id pass it by Positive: The area was nice and right at the golf course. The place has a couch bed and refrigerator that worked. Negative: The fact that a lot of things listed as amenities weren't provided. Things didn't work like the garbage disposal dish washer oven tvs also batteries were removed in the smoke detectors. The shower head was bad the water came out as a stream. I tried contacting the owners and got nowhere. Even my white socks were black from the floor. When we got there the dirty sheets were still on the bed with a couple drops of blood on the pillow.

Ohne Worte.. Positive: Ausreichend groß genug für 2 Personen Negative: Eingangsschloss funktionierte nicht, erst nachdem wir neue Batterien eingebaut hatten klappte es. WLAN funktionierte erst nach mehrmaligem anfordern des wlan Passwortes, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schlecht, hatten Probleme mit dem Abfluss und Wasser austritt aus der Spülmaschine, keine Reaktion vom Vermieter. Wenig Sonne in der Wohnung da direkt vor der Fenster eine große Palme, Wohnung Renovierungsbedürftig, Putzleisten schauen aus der Wand, sehr viele Flecken an den Wänden…
