Didn’t get check in instructions until the last second, phone number given for contact was not working, microwave did not work. Were able to communicate via text only. Nice unit, nice area, amazing views.

Beware Positive: Location Negative: Beware - The microwave did not work. The stove burner did not work. The freezer did not work and ruined our food. Wall electrical receptacles are all worn out and loose / not working.. making it impossible to even charge an electric toothbrush or phone. The HVAC system heat did not work.. the “warmest” setting was 58 degrees F. Beds had only 1 bed sheet to sleep with (duvet cover) and with the heater not working it was freezing to sleep at night. We had to sleep in our sweats and jackets. On day two, a major thing to us, our balcony doors were boarded up from the outside in due to construction.. so we were not allowed to even go outside. (Future guests need to know this since we go for the views) The glass coffee table in the living room is extremely unstable and caused me to fall when reaching for my cup. All this sounds unbelievable to me too… please go to unit 2910 and check it out for yourself if there are any questions. We enjoy Miami but overall this unit is unacceptable and I would not book this one again nor recommend anyone else to.

Avoid at all costs, run by terrible people who do not value their customers Positive: Nice view and location Negative: Terrible customer service. No one speaks english, impossible to contact owner as he deals with a management company that runs the rental. The apartment was FILTHY, hair and dust everywhere. Crumbs all over the kitchen and burnt toast left in the toaster. The walls have holes in every room, the walls do NOT have laminent, the floors have black streaks throughout the apartment, every piece of furniture is damaged. The management company assured me I would be well compensated for the issues on my first day at the apartment, they said it would be taken care of once I checked out. Its been a month since my stay, they have not responded to any calls or texts and have not sent me a dime in compensation. AVOID!!!

Perfect accommodation if visiting Brickell for a few days. The apartment is equipped with all that may be needed. Positive: Perfect location with modern facilities. The views were breathtaking and the gym and sauna experiences enhanced the stay.
