Positive: The location was excellent Negative: The room wasn't fully clean, has stain ot carpet chairs The building was under construction and the balcony was not accessible the view was blocked by construction plastic, The host failed to disclose that. The Jacuzzi is a bath tub practically. The couch was peeling, leaving residue on your clothing.

Horrible Positive: Nothing horrible rental Negative: The worst part experience the apartment is closed in with no balcony access. The AC not working properly and the living room area was completely dirty not. To top it off the host does not answer the phone or resolves anything. This is a scam do not rent

It was HORRIBLE!! Positive: location Negative: This was FALSE ADVERTISING! Fraud! Things that I was led to believe were there according to the posting on your website and that I paid for were not. #1. The floor to ceiling windows with door that lead out to balcony with views were ALL covered in plastic (double layer- the windows and the balcony). #2 There was construction going on and men were on scaffoldings going up & down along with the noise all the time. They even got off the scaffolding and were on the balcony. #3. The living room shade in the middle did not work so there was NO PRIVACY! #4 The bedroom curtains were broken so they didn't close all the way there was NO PRIVACY! #5. The two-bathroom sinks were broken; one the stoppers would not open, and the other the cold water did not work, and the hot water leaked all over the counter. #6 There was no toilet paper holder and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 6-night stay. #7 It was advertised full access to private pool - the pool was CLOSED, not opened from Monday to Friday. #8 Violas Rental even sent over someone to fix things on my last day after talking to them on the first day! I had to deal with workers (NOT MY JOB!) on vacation.

Misleading Listing and No Compensation Negative: Total scam! We had booked this specific appartement, because of its Title, Description and View. The title literally said “Priceless Views,” but the balcony was not accessible. There were plastic sheets covering all the windows, so we couldn’t even see anything, let alone go outside. I had other options to book in the same building but chose yours because of the specific view I wanted that the booking and images stated. It would have been better if you were honest about this detail just like how you were honest about the operation hours of the pool for example. After asking for an explanation on the first day of arrival, they didn’t reply to the message. After our trip, they offered $100 as compensation, which is not even 10% of our total. This has, to this date—now several weeks after our trip—not been transferred to us.
