★Amazing Condo with FREE PARKING in Brickell Miami

Very recommended Positive: Beautiful condo in a great location, close to every thing, in a safe area, lovely clean with a great view, very good service staff that helped with any question and made our visit a wonderful holiday.

I preferred to pay at the reception, but it was a bit difficult and it took some effort to resolve. Another issue was communication with the host before check-in, as the responses to messages were quite slow. However, after check-in everything went smoothly and the rest of the stay was pleasant.

La peor de todas mis estadías en Miami q voy siempre Positive: La ubicación es muy buena y me gusta el edificio Negative: Estuvimos dos horas en la recepción xq me reclamaban un pago q ya lo había realizado por Booking y tuve q abonarlo nuevamente xq ya eran las 10.30 de la noche y no nos daban el ingreso después de pagar más de 3 mil dólares la totalidad de la estadía El peor anfitrión con el q traté de todas mis estadías reservadas x la aplicación. El departamento Muy descuidado, la pileta del baño se tapaba, las cortinas se desenganchaban y no cubrían bien la luz, elementos de cocina muy mal equipado si queres cocinar en el depto y lo peor q nos morimos de frío xq en Miami hizo frío esos días y no funcionaba la calefacción y no había ni una frazada. Las almohadas malisimas! Un desastre para el precio q cobran! Lo único rescatable y agradecí fue q para compensar por el mal momento del checkin nos permitieron salir una hora más tarde en el check out

Nice stay - firendly staff - bitter extra cost Negative: They say there is a building fee. That fee being 52dollars is nuts considering it is only when you check in that you are informed of the amount. I would properly have chosen somewhere else, if I knew it was that much. Despite of that I had a pleasant stay. Nice location.
