Incredible apartment in the center of brickell Positive: The location, the apartment, the amenities… everything Negative: -

WARNING! Disgusting apartment and unprofessional property manager Positive: Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Negative: This was an horrible stay. There was a lot of cockroaches in the apartment, I texted the property manager and the next day the pest control came. They told me not to clean the apartment for 2 days, so I had dead cockroaches everywhere especially in the kitchen, it was really disgusting. But this didn’t help, I had problem with cockroaches during the whole staying and the property manager stopped responding. I call them the same day I did the checkout to get a discount and they promised to call back, which they never did. I have also emailed them without response, they are unprofessional and I’ll never book something with them again, this really destroyed my vacation!

Positive: 6th time in there... really really good value! Negative: Nothing

Positive: Everything, especially the bed, the view. Negative: Nothing, just make sure to be in touch with property manager if you need anything, He is very helpful.

Positive: Everything the space, the luxury of the flat and of the facilities, the location, the easiest checkin you can expect... but I must give the bed the highest note... A-MA-ZING Negative: Nothing.
